Amanda Hofer, President
Amanda brings 10+ years of real estate experience throughout Northern Colorado, with deep roots in agriculture from growing up on a large cattle ranch and wheat farm operation in Montana. That early foundation taught her the grit, work ethic, and community interdependence that guide her work today. Her business acumen comes from operating several small businesses in Fort Collins, and she takes fiduciary responsibility seriously—skills honed through years of real estate transactions where trust and accountability matter.
Amanda's drawn to the co-op model because she believes in alternative business structures that put ownership directly in the hands of community members. She sees cooperatives as essential tools for building economic resilience in Fort Collins, creating systems where people have real stake and voice in the businesses that serve them.
When she's not working, you'll find her shredding the gnar down the Poudre River on her stand-up paddle board or performing live as lead singer for local band, Colony Funk.
